You hope correctly. There is a follow up in "The Hard Part" with Present!Hiro and Ando discussing Future!Hiro's easy ways of killing. Again, this show does not present Future!Hiro OR Future!Peter as good odevelopments for their respective characters, especially in regard to these Matrixy actions.
