I was underwhelmed, no much twist for me because the whole sleep-clinic stuff seems a blatant lie to me from the beginning. Actually it's worst because, not only I saw the twist coming from miles away but I could see the writers trying to fool the audience into believing that the hospital was real, recycling words from her conversations in there and then using them afterwards in her conversations with the supposedly dead guy(like "recipe"), just like it usually happens in dreams when your subconscious picks stuff from reality and manages the get the bits fit in the dream like puzzle pieces.
That episode didn't work for me the way...let's say "Normal Again", did. I like the coyote although coyotes as guide to work out inner demons has been used before in other works (by Michael Connelly for instance). But I may be unfair for Sarah-centric episodes aren't my favourite ones.
